Generating Leads

  • Conduct necessary initiatives to generate interest from the market
  • Promote or educate the market about our solutions and provide value to build brand awareness
  • Creating and building a database to be approached for our solutions

Conversion of Leads into Customer

  • Conduct discovery meetings to gather their challenges, needs, and goals
  • Present them the right solution to address their challenges, needs, and goals
  • Cooperate with fellow innovation or Alterra team to fulfill customer needs including the administration such as invoicing, procurement process, etc.

Create Repeat Business from Customer

  • Build relationships with customers to ensure their engagement with the company
  • Handling complaints from customers to ensure their complaints are managed properly
  • Provide suggestions or additional services in order to increase the number of transactions or average value of sales for each customer

Involve in Special Assignment within Innovation Division

  • Cooperate with the related team within the BD department to spare shared time allocation in order to help others related to strategic innovation or specific action for the success of initiatives within the company (e.g: conduct FGD for specific markets, be the leader for specific sub-initiatives, work together to brainstorm growth hack strategy, etc.)
  • Use strength, experience, network, etc. and work with other teams within the BD department in order to help the success of initiatives within the company (e.g: help another team to connect with specific networks, give training or sharing sessions for other teams, pursue relevant prospect that can help others, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree preferably majoring in business, marketing, or management (open for non-Bachelor Degree with relevant experience)
  • Min. 3 years of experience within business development areas such as marketing, digital marketing, sales, revenue operations, etc.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Salesmanship is not limited to people skills, presentation skills, etc.
  • On the field person with the ability to thinking strategic
  • Financial projection
