Alterra Indonesia is looking for IT enthusiasts to join one of our project in Kampus Merdeka program organized by the Indonesian Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education.

This remote position provides you with a chance to create an impact. Join us in our mission in shaping future tech talents, transforming Indonesia into a tech talent home ground. This is a remote position.

Responsibility:

  • 12 week live teaching sessions (Online by Zoom or Gmeet), 3 sessions per week and 2 hours per session
  • 12 week live capstone project mentoring session
  • Weekly meeting with Lead Mentor and Project Manager for evaluation and reporting
  • Answer student’s question from group
  • Provide student assessment and make student report
  • Each mentor will handle up to 20 participants to discuss and give the feedback of the assignment from participants.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in frontend engineering using React JS and/or Vue JS
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Have a good understanding of Algorithms and Data Structures
  • Strong knowledge of React JS and/or Vue JS for building applications
  • Experienced in front end development tools such as Babel, NPM, Webpack
  • Have a good knowledge of Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
  • Knowledge on communication protocol with backend such as REST and gRPC
  • Experienced in managing a team and/or mentoring engineers
  • Passionate about teaching, coaching, or mentoring others.
